Returns & Replacements

No returns will be accepted without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, or out of context of the return policy detailed below. To obtain a return authorization number please contact customer care at [email protected]

The following are the official guidelines for qualification of a return authorization number:

1. All returns must be received by Water Softener Outlet Inc. in the original packaging and accompanied by a Water Softener Outlet sales receipt.

2. Merchandise received damaged may be returned within 15 days of receiving the merchandise for replacement. No shipping charges will occur for replacement merchandise.

3. Merchandise received by the error of Water Softener Outlet. If for some reason Water Softener Outlet Inc. inadvertently shipped an incorrect model to you. The merchandise may be returned to Water Softener Outlet within 15 days of receiving the product. The proper model will then be shipped to the customer. No additional shipping charges will occur for replacement merchandise.

4. Water Softener Outlet offers our valued customers a 15-day money back guarantee. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you may return the merchandise to Water Softener Outlet for exchange or refund. All merchandise MUST be in Brand New Condition and meet all other stipulations of Water Softener Outlet's return policy.

5. Any and all merchandise returned to Water Softener Outlet without a return authorization number will be refused and returned to customer postage due.

6. Restocking fees may apply to returned merchandise.

7. It is assumed that customers interested in knowledge about Water Softener Outlet return policy have read, understood, and agreed to the policies contained on this page.
